Error 1033: Unterminated String Constant

I am trying to write rows from a list onto an excel spreadsheet. I am looping through the list (as I only want to write certain rows based on some logic conditions). I am repeatedly getting Error 1033. The script is stopping. And I can't see anything being wrong. I press play and the script resumes as normal. And then the error comes up again on a future loop. Please See attached image
